Britta Schopf deals intensively with human feelings. Her works bring to mind the feelings that are often not lived, such as anger, love, despair and joy.

The artist lived in Munich for thirty years and in Dresden for four years until she decided to return to her home in Schleswig Holstein. Some of her most recent works were also created here.
